• Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We may charge for work completed or materials purchased before a cancellation.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property and accurate information about the work requested.
• Confirm you own the property or are authorized to request work on it, and that any items to be removed or disposed of are yours to remove.
• Tell us about any known hazards, such as hazardous materials, damaged structures, or aggressive animals.
